The atmosphere in the gym was electric as the final whistle blew. The Lady Tops did not know if they secured their spot in the post-season playoffs until days later! The Region XII playoff games first round will be played at St. Clair County Community College SC4 Fieldhouse 400 Erie St. Port Huron, MI 48061 on 7 November 2024. The #5 seed Lady Tops will take on the Lake Michigan Redhawks on court #3 at 1400 (2p). This achievement was the culmination of months of hard work, late-night practices, and the strong bonds forged between teammates.

Coach Tionne El-Amin (Coach "T") gathered the team in a huddle, her eyes sparkling with pride. "This is just the beginning," she said, her voice brimming with excitement. "We've fought hard to get here, but now it's time to show everyone what we're made of."

When the team heard the news of their post-season bid, joy and laughter erupted among the players. The young team, known for their fierce determination and unwavering spirit, felt a wave of relief and excitement, especially after facing challenges like self-doubt, roster changes, and tough coaching.

Coach "T" has successfully led the team to the post-season in two of the last three years, demonstrating her ability to guide this talented roster. With such promise among the younger players, the Lady Tops are poised to make a significant impact in the regionals.
