The Triceratops wasted no time making a statement in game one of today's doubleheader, exploding for seven runs in the first inning and cruising to a 16-6 victory over the Lorain Commodores. With the win, the Triceratops improved to 3-5 on the season and opened conference play with a 1-0 record.
